On 26 February 2026, the Company received the Appellate Judgment of the People’s Court of Da Nang City No.03/2026/KDTM-PT dated 26 January 2026 regarding the dispute over the construction contract between the Plaintiff, Vinaconex 25 JSC, and the Defendant, Regal Group JSC.
