The project is aimed to build technical infrastructures for land fund including: residential land allocation, land for services, green land, public land, traffic land, land for waste water drainage according to the land use plan (1/500) approved and adjusted by the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province in Decision No. 3380/QD-UBND dated September 26, 2016 of the People’s Committee of Quang Nam province.
People’s Committee of Quang Nam Province approved the detailed construction planning 1/500 of Thien An Urban Area in Dien Nam – Dien Ngoc, Dien Ban, Quang Nam Province subject to the Decision No. 3751/QD-UBND dated December 22, 2020 on the local adjustment of detailed construction planning (1/500). Together with other Dien Nam Trung and Dien Nam Dong Areas of Dien Ban Ward, Thien An Urban Area in Dien Nam Dien Ngoc is forming the new urban series between Danang and Hoi An city.
