On October 23, 2023, Vinaconex 25 JSC was awarded a contract in Hanoi by Vinaconex Joint Stock Corporation to carry out the Work Items of Package 5.10: “Construction of the underground component, structure, brick and plastering works for the central area of passenger terminal, a part of Package 5.10: Construction and installation of the Passenger Terminal – Long Thanh International Airport.

Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of VINACONEX Joint Stock Corporation Mr. Dao Ngoc Thanh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation; Mr. Duong Van Mau – member of the Board of Directors, Standing Deputy General Director of the Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai – Deputy General Director of the Corporation; along with the Directors, Deputy Directors of Thang Long Department, representatives of departments of VINACONEX Joint Stock Corporation.

The package 5.10: Main terminal under the Long Thanh Airport Project has a total investment cost of 35,000 billion Vietnam Dong, is built on a 150-hectare land area and designed with two separate entrance and exit routes, including 1 pit basement, 1 ground floor and 4 upper floors with a roof peak of nearly 46m high and 40 aircraft parking positions. The Terminal is expected to be completed and operated in 2026. Vietur Joint Venture is the unit to implement the Package 5.10 consisting of 10 members, including Vinaconex and other domestic and foreign contractors such as: Ricons, Newtecons, Sol E&C, CC1, IC ISTAS Construction Industry and Trade Group (part of IC Holding Group) of Turkey.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Duong Van Mau, Deputy General Director of the Vinaconex Join Stock Corporation confirmed that Vinaconex 25 JSC is a subsidiary controlled by VINACONEX (currently VINACONEX owns 66.33% of Vinaconex 25’s charter capital). This is one of the key units of the Corporation that has successfully implemented many large-scale projects in the southern region. He proposed that Vinaconex 25 JSC will organize the project implementation with high determination and methodical spirit, ensure the quality and working schedule by mobilizing human resources, material resources, machinery and equipment to complete the bidding package.
Mr. Duong Van Mau, Deputy General Director of Vinaconex JS Corporation expects that Vinaconex 25 will organize the project implementation subject to the approved working schedule.
Mr. Nguyen Van Trung – General Director, also expressed at the ceremony his honor and pride when the Vinaconex 25 JSC is awarded by the Vinaconex JS Corporation to participate in the construction of this key project. Vinaconex 25 will be determined to reach the project completion on schedule, ensuring the quality, technique – aesthetics and absolute safety in work.
