On April 26, 2024, at the headquarters office, the Party Cell of Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 11th Congress for the 2025-2027 term.
The Presidium approved the Congress Program, Congress Regulations, and disseminated the Party Election Regulations.
Attending the Congress were comrades leaders,representatives of the Company’s mass organizations and Party members in the Party Cell.

The Congress discussed and contributed opinions to the draft Congress documents, discussed, voted on, and approved important contents of the Political Report of the Executive Committee of the 10th Party Cell presented to the Congress; elected the Executive Committee of the 11th Party Cell (term 2025-2027) and elected the delegation to attend the 6th Congress of the Vinaconex Corporation Party Committee.

Through the election results, the Congress elected 07 comrades to the Company’s Party Cell Committee. On the same day, the Congress trusted and elected comrade Nguyen Van Trung as Secretary and comrade Vuong Cong Tho as Deputy Secretary of the 11th Party Cell, term 2025-2027.
