In June 2024, Vinaconex 25 starts to organize a series of internal seminars, begun with the topic “Application of Building Information Modeling (BIM)” conducted by the Design & Project Management Center and the following program “Cost Management and Internal Settlement” shared by the Finance and Planning Department. These are starting topics in a series of internal training programs for all Company’s Employees in year 2024.

At such the Seminars, the Employees shared a lot of practical experience and knowledge in project implementation, especially the specific situations shall be mutually discussed and settled properly. The problems being discussed in the Seminars, mostly are the current issues that play an important role and closely related parts to the Company’s future development. By attending such Seminars, the Company’s employees will have a comprehensive view of the application of BIM, cost management, internal settlement and find themselves the solutions for actual issues.

The Seminar took place with interesting discussions and experience sharing by the attendances. Thereby, the valuable knowledge and experience will be noted and immediately applied in practice to improve the efficiency and work quality. In the coming time, Vinaconex 25 will continue to hold the seminar with other interesting topics by Technical Department. We are confident that the next seminar will also provide solutions to many problems efficiently and bring more useful information for participants.
