On May 26, 2022, Vinaconex 25 JSC held a topping-out ceremony for the High-Tech Treatment Area under the Quang Nam Provincial General Hospital Project managed by Quang Nam Province Investment and Construction Project Management Board
Attending the ceremony, there were the representatives of the Owner and the contractor consortium
Since the construction starting in November 2021, Vinaconex 25 has synchronously implemented many solutions in project management and implementation, construction organization and resource mobilization to minimize the impact of price escalation as well as facilitate the project construction progress
Up to the time of topping out, the project has been 3 months ahead of schedule and expected to be completed and handed over to the Owner by the end of 2022, resulting 6 months ahead of schedule compared to the signed contract schedule.
The project scope with a total floor area of 14,175 m2
