The program to honour the Vinaconex 25’s Employee Families “Giving their Children best aliment and treatment as well as teaching them well” is one of the great significant annual activities to the Employees. This year, Vinaconex 25, cooperated with the Trade Union, have given gifts to the Employees’ children those whose had excellent academic and sports achievements in the school year of 2022-2023. By doing this, we wish to accompany, share and encourage the spirit of both taking good care of the Employee’s family and fulfilling the assigned tasks.
In a warm atmosphere, the children’s parents – Vinaconex 25’s Employees, received the gifts as a timely encouragement and reward. In some cases that they are living far away from the company and could not receive the gifts directly, the Company’s representatives went from house to house to visit and give gifts to the children.
It is surprising and proud that many same kids appear regularly in the annual award list. The children’s academic achievements are valuable gifts to their families and a source of encouragement, giving their parents more motivation and help them to overcome difficulties at work.
Congratulations to the Vinaconex 25’s families and hope that these children will grow up and make more efforts to obtain many high achievements as well as always be their parents’s pride.
