Outstanding Projects in December
On December 28, 2023, Vinaconex 25 successfully held the top-out ceremony of Da Nang Obstetrics and Children’s Hospital project with the attendance of Owner’s representatives, Contractors, Engineers and relevant Parties.

After Project completion, the hospital will provide more 399 beds to meet medical examination and treatment needs and improve the quality of medical examination, contributing to people’s health care with modern and professional medical services.
Accompanying with the Owner, Vinaconex 25 realizes the social responsibilities to the community, the Project Management Unit determined to follow the project working schedule and ensure the safety and complete the project as soon as possible subject to the approved plan.
The Construction and Upgrading of Da Nang Obstetrics and Children’s Hospital PMU
In addition, on December 8, 2023, together with the Owner, Project Engineers of Alpha Building – FPT University of Da Nang, Vinaconex 25 welcomed the representative of the Danang Construction Department for the final construction acceptance inspection before operation. We are implementing the final defect works and the project is expected to be inaugurated in the near future.

Remarkable “highlights” in business operation
Despite the construction industry are facing to many difficulties in the fourth quarter of 2023, Vinaconex 25 JSC still has many positive changes. Typically, Vinaconex 25 has successfully doubled its charter capital from VND 120 billion to 240 billion VND and this is an important basis for the Company to strengthen the internal resource capacity, supplementing the resources investment in new projects to increase the company stability and sustainable development.
Also in October 2023, Vinaconex 25 honors to award the construction of the basement and building structure, brickwork and plastering work for the central area of the passenger terminal, Package 5.10: “Construction and installation of the Passenger Terminal – Long Thanh International Airport Project”. With the capacity to execute many large-scale projects, Vinaconex 25 has met the Owner’s requirements with high efficiency, safety, quality and aesthetics.

Currently, some projects such as Casamia Hoi An Hotel, Danang Katsutoshi Grand House, Misa Complex Building, Road 129 (Vo Chi Cong),… Vinaconex 25 actively implements the construction work through Calendar New Year 2024 with the decision to complete the project works items on schedule and hand over the project as committed for the celebration of the Company 40th establishment anniversary.
