Topping out of Casamia Hoi An Project
On the morning of October 27, 2023, the Dat Phuong Hoi An JSC- The Owner and Vinaconex 25 successfully organized the topping out ceremony of Casamia Hoi An Hotel Project, creating a unique ecological real estate in Hoi An area.
After undertaking many bidding packages at the Casamia Urban Area Project, by 2023 Vinaconex 25 is honored to continue to be trusted and selected by the Investor to be the Construction Contractor of the Casamia Hoi An Hotel Project. After a period of tireless efforts and the professional working spirit and determination of the engineers and workers, the project was officially topped out. In the coming time, the Contractor will hand over the project to the Investor on schedule and with quality as committed.
Handover of Alpha Building Project – Danang FPT University
As the architectural symbol of FPT, Alpha Building that was designed by Huni Architects with impressive shapes, unique facade, flexible usage has been highly appreciated by World Architecture and awarded the “Designed Award Winning Architecture Projects” .
This Project was officially started in 2023 and Vinaconex 25 is honored to be assigned by the Owner – FPT University to undertake the construction. With perseverance and the will to “overcome the sun and rain” for the progress of completing the works items as well as the extensive experience in implementation of large projects over the past 40 years confirmed through a series of FPT Group projects, along with dedication and professionalism, we determined to bring the project to a safety and quality completion subject as commitment with the Owner.
At the end of last October, the Company continued to receive good news to be assigned and deployed works items under Package 5.10: “Construction and installation the Passenger Terminal of Long Thanh International Airport”. This is a key national project that plays an extremely important role in connecting the Cities and Provinces and the Southern Main Economic Region as well as turns Vietnam into a regional and international transit area. From and on each project scales, Vinaconex 25 is confident and committed to complete the project package in high quality and proposed construction time.

In addition, on the other projects sites such as Da Nang Obstetrics and Children Hospital, Road No.129 (Vo Chi Cong), Misa Complex Building, Katsutoshi Grand House,… are also being actively constructed, ensuring safety and quality for early completion and handover in the near future.
