To celebrate the VINACONEX 25’s 40th establishment anniversary (April 13, 1984 – April 13, 2024), we organized a series of meaningful and practical programs for all participating employees.
Launching the competition
Towards the VINACONEX 25’s 40th establishment anniversary, the Trade Union organized an emulation campaign on the on-going projects to motivate and encourage the employees. All Project Management Units were motivated and committed to maximize their collective strength to ensure the project completion with high quality and the fastest progress to put the project into operation sooner, enhancing the investment efficiency.
Travel to Thailand
At the 2023 year-end, VINACONEX 25 organized a travel program to Thailand with the theme “Engagement – Success” for over 350 employees, thereby, encouraging the labor’s spirit, strengthening the connection and solidarity between the employees, improving the efficiency and work capacity for the whole Company.
Football League
On March 15, 16, 22 and 23; April 11, 2024, we hold the Football Tournament to celebrate the VINACONEX 25’s 40th establishment anniversary (April 13, 1984 – April 13, 2024) with the participation of 13 teams, divided into 3 groups and including 4 guest teams from local agencies.
Through the dramatic and exciting matches, we can find all teams’s passion, showing the spirit of solidarity and Fair-play in creating good goals and attract the attention of the attendants and fans.
After many days of competition, we have found the champion of the tournament. We would like to congrat the winning teams:

Arts festivals
On March 30, 2024, VINACONEX 25’s Trade Union and the Youth Union organized an “Arts Festival to celebrate the VINACONEX 25’s 40th establishment anniversary (April 13, 1984 – April 13, 2024). ”

Most of Employees of Departments and Project Managemet Units (PMU) took part in the art show with 22 performances. The Jury Members are all prestigious artists such as: Mr. Dinh Tham – Musician, Mrs Thu Hoai – Choreographer and Mr. Tran Phuoc Tuan – Chairman of the Company Trade Union.
All the arts performances were performed impressively and the audiences were completely conquered by the careful preparation, high artistry and quality in each performance.
At the end of the Festival, with the most accurate and fair assessments for the competitions of the units, the Jury Board awarded the following prizes:
Contest “Vinaconex 25 – 40 years of sustainable development”
In order to look back on the past journey and the company development orient for the new period, we launched the contest “Vinaconex 25 – 40 years of sustainable development”.
More than half a year, we have received 36 diverse works such as poetry, prose, music,… These were the love and affection expressed by VINACONEX 25’s Employees. The winning Authors and works include:

Those works have made The Company “Age of 40” more colorful and successful. We sincerely thanks the authors who sent their works and their love to the Company, and we are confident that VINACONEX 25 will even more developed and successful in the near future.
Team Building Program
On April 12, 2024, at Sandy Beach Resort, VINACONEX 25 successfully organized a Team Building program for all employees. This Team Building was also an opportunity for all Vinaconex 25 Employees to make relationship and solidarity to welcome the company’s “40th establishment anniversary”. Each game required teamwork and collective strength to win. The fierce competitions between teams brought refreshing laughters and thereby bringing the positive energy for the team’s daily activities.
Tour Program for Retirement Club:
On April 12, 2024, VINACONEX 25 organized a tour at Than Tai Mountain Hot Spring Park Tourist Area for the Retirement Club members. This was an opportunity for members to have the opportunity to interact, share and review old memories during the 40 years of establishment of the Company. The tour has ended, but the memories as well as warm and joyful feelings of the trip would be nice images and unforgettable memories in the hearts of the participants.
Golf tournament “Vinaconex 25 – 40 years of sustainable development”
On April 13, 2024, the golf tournament “Vinaconex 25 – 40 years of sustainable development” officially kicked off at Ba Na Hills Golf Club (Danang City). The tournament was organized to open a playground for exchanges, enhance connection and cooperation, and give prominence to increasing the beauty this sport in the business community. The careful preparation of the tournament organizers, sponsors, and the enthusiastic participation of more than 100 golfers made the tournament a great success. This was also an opportunity for VINACONEX 25 to express gratitude to the Partners and Customers who have trusted and accompanied to the Company throughout the past 40 years.
In the series of events towards the VINACONEX 25’s 40th establishment anniversary (April 13, 1984 – April 13, 2024), the programs have ended with the satisfaction of shareholders, partners, and customers as well as with the Employees’ joy, excitement, and pride.
