Especially, for the first time, the blocks of shophouses here are in multi-style with unique Dutch and Greek designs.
With 40 years of experience in the field of construction as well as with a highly qualified and skilled teams, Vinaconex 25 has satisfied the Owner’s strictest requirements in technical terms so as to ensure the quality project and effort to complete on-schedule the project working progress.
Being trusted and selected by Vincom Retail Joint Stock Company (belonging to Vingroup), Vinaconex 25 has mobilized the machinery and workers determined to speed up the construction progress as soon as possible to complete the project on schedule, in some period, the worker mobilization reached the number of over 600 workers working all day and night. We has basically completed the whole project so far and expect to complete the remaining work in April to carry out the acceptance test and handover to the Owner.
Same with the Vincom Shophouse Royal Park Project, Vinaconex 25 also focusses on accelerating the construction work in series of other projects of reputable Owners throughout the country (FPT Corporation, Dat Phuong Corporation, South Mekong Group, …). We try to complete and exceed the business plan in the first 6 months of the year, aiming to the celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the Company’s establishment (April 13, 1984 – April 13, 2024).
