For the current Construction Industry facing to many difficuties during the last year-end months, Vinaconex 25 JSC won the bid and signed a nearly-500 billion VND contract in October & November 2022. Particularly, Vinaconex 25 JSC is extremely honored to be selected as the General Contractor for Alpha Building – FPT University Da Nang, designed by Huni Architect Company and Casamia Hotel Project designed by Architect Vo Trong Nghia.

Alpha Building of FPT University Da Nang – a significant and outstanding architectural highlight in the university campus, was highly appreciated by the World Architecture Award and won the award of “Designed Award Winning Architecture Projects” ” (Project Design). The project consists of 13 floors plus 01 attic in a total floor area of 17,400 m2 with a design inspired by the image of overlapping books to form the cubes with multi-directional movement creating solid – hollow effect, vividly linking to the space.
Contract signing ceremony – Hoi An Casamina Hotel Project
Vinaconex 25 also became the General Construction Contractor for Hoi An Casamia Hotel Project with a total floor area of more than 20,000m2 located in the Casamia Urban Area, Cam Thanh Commune, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province, Owner – Dat Phuong Hoi An JSC. With the harmoniously combination between Plan Design and the nature as well as the general landscape of the area, the project won the Gold Award – “A” Category for Construction Planning Projects.

In addition, Vinaconex 25 is also honored to implement of other new projects such as Fire Fighting Station No.2 – Da Nang International Airport; Office building at Dien Bien Phu Street, Danang City; Residential – Resettlement Area for the access road to Ky Phu Bridge 1&2 (Phase 3) in Quang Nam Province;
